At Bass Sniper, we build gear for anglers, by anglers—engineered to withstand the toughest conditions and trusted to perform when it matters most. Whether you’ve purchased the SniperFoot™ Sonar Mount or any of our accessories, we stand behind every product with the same unwavering commitment to quality.
Our Promise to You
- 2-Year Warranty: If your SniperFoot™ (or any Bass Sniper product) has a defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years, we’ll replace it—no return required. Just email us your order number, and we’ll ship a replacement (or the latest model) immediately.
- No-Hassle Returns: Not satisfied? Return unused items within 30 days for a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What’s Covered:
- Unused products in original packaging (with proof of purchase).
- Defective items (see warranty below).
What’s Not Covered:
- Used or damaged products (unless defective).
- Custom/special-order items.
How It Works:
- Email Us: Contact [support@bass-sniper.com] with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approved: We’ll send a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Ship It Back: Send the item to our facility (customer pays return shipping unless defective).
- Refund/Replace: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days; replacements shipped ASAP.
Warranty Claims
We don’t just meet industry standards—we exceed them. Every SniperFoot™ and Bass Sniper accessory is tested on the water, not just in a lab.
If an issue arises:
- Email support@bass-sniper.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos/description of the defect.
- We’ll send a replacement immediately—no need to return the original. Repurpose it, recycle it, or keep it as a reminder of our guarantee.
